1. Return & Refund Policy
At M.R. Candles and Craft LLC, we take pride in our handcrafted candles and crafts. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below: Returns & Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on used candles, sale items, or custom orders.
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before they are processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages: M.R. Candles and Craft LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier for assistance.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the USA. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
